You can use credits across the Naora experience: for expeditions, excursions, legs of the World Tour, regional legs and additional onboard consumptions.
How do credits work?
Each experience or item has a credit value. You can use your available balance to book or purchase what you want, subject to availability and the applicable terms.
Can I book the whole yacht privately?
Yes. You can use credits to reserve the whole yacht for a private journey with your chosen guests, subject to availability and the planned route.
Can I book a cabin on a leg?
Yes. You can use credits to book a cabin on selected World Tour or regional legs. Cabin bookings are shared with other guests and the crew.
What is the difference between a private booking and a cabin booking?
A private booking reserves the whole yacht for your group. A cabin booking reserves a cabin on a selected leg, where other guests may also be on board.
Can I use credits for excursions?
Yes. Credits can be used for available excursions. The credit value and availability depend on the excursion.
Can I use credits for onboard purchases?
Yes. Credits can be used for additional onboard consumptions. The available options and their credit values will be shown on the platform or confirmed by the Naora team.
How do I book and manage my time on board?
As a Naora member, you receive access to the online platform, where you can view availability, book expeditions and legs, and manage or change your bookings.
Can I book for family and friends?
Yes. You can use your credits for bookings involving family and friends, subject to the capacity and conditions of the selected journey or leg.
Are children welcome on board?
Children of all ages are welcome on private yacht charters. For cabin bookings, guests must be aged 12 or over. A nanny is easy to book with us.
Do I need sailing experience?
No sailing experience is required for most journeys. If a particular leg or excursion has specific requirements, these will be explained before you book.
What is included in my booking?
Everything on board is included in your booking, from accommodation and crew to meals and onboard experiences. Credits can also be used for excursions and additional onboard consumptions.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
You can manage or change bookings through the online platform. Any deadlines, credit adjustments or cancellation conditions will be shown in the applicable booking terms.
Can I use credits for both the World Tour and regional legs?
Yes. Credits can be used for available legs on the World Tour and for regional legs, subject to availability and the credit value of each booking.
How can I purchase or add credits?
Contact the Naora team for information about available credit packages and the terms that apply. Your online platform will show your credit balance and eligible booking options.
Is there internet on board?
Yes, the vessel is equipped with complimentary onboard connectivity. At the same time, the experience is designed to offer a natural shift away from constant connection allowing you to disconnect when you choose, and reconnect when needed.
What additional costs should I expect?
While life on board is largely all-inclusive, certain elements remain variable, such as alcohol, fuel contributions for longer passages, and exceptional external costs, ensuring transparency and alignment with actual usage. Wine, spirits and beer are available on board as part of the experience, intended for normal and balanced enjoyment. In more remote regions, particularly in the Caribbean and Pacific, availability becomes more limited and costs increase significantly. Where needed, a curated selection is maintained, with the option to request additional or more specific preferences at cost.
